Required skills & experience
- 3–5 years of client success / customer experience / account management experience, ideally in fintech or wealth management
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team while also handling individual responsibilities.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and conflict resolution skills.
- Empathy-driven mindset with the ability to balance client satisfaction and business goals.
- Basic understanding of equity markets with NISM Level 1 & 2 RIA certification.
Core responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of Savart’s products, services, and client journey to ensure accurate and impactful communication.Ensure individual excellence by owning high-value client relationships, solving queries, and identifying opportunities to improve their experience.Create and implement structured communication flows (email, WhatsApp, calls) to ensure smooth, proactive engagement with clients at every stage of their journey.Handle day-to-day escalations from the team, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution while coaching team members on preventive action.Work cross-functionally with Product, Business, and Operations teams to resolve client issues and gather feedback for improvements.Drive a culture of empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.Nice to Have :
Exposure to high-growth startup environments.Comfort with multilingual communication (Telugu, Hindi, etc. can be a plus).
