Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Operation - Business Analyst. The position is based in Gurugram. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, developing business requirements, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and providing analytical support to enhance operational efficiency. Daily tasks include gathering and verifying data, evaluating business processes, identifying improvement areas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis
• Ability to develop Business Processes and define clear Business Requirements
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a relevant field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
