Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Business Analyst located in Gurugram. The Healthcare Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, developing business analyses and reports, and communicating findings to stakeholders. The role involves identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and quality in healthcare services, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business goals are met effectively.

• Experience in Business Process and Business Requirements management
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively share analysis and findings with stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Experience in the healthcare industry or related field is a plus
