To drive this growth, we are seeking a Virtual BPO Manager to establish and lead a high-performance inside-sales and customer engagement team.
Role Overview
As the Virtual BPO Manager , you will set up, manage, and scale a distributed business development team. Starting with 5 executives and growing to 10+, you will oversee lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue enablement , supported by OmicsVeu's digital marketing engine and global outreach.
This is a strategic role for a self-driven professional who can combine team leadership, process discipline, and revenue focus with the flexibility of managing a virtual BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and manage a virtual team of 5 (scaling to 10+) business development associates.
- Business Development – Drive global outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline creation across U.S., EU, India, LATAM, and APAC.
- Marketing Alignment – Work closely with the digital marketing team to leverage inbound leads, campaigns, and outbound initiatives.
- Revenue Growth – Deliver measurable results in lead conversion, customer acquisition, and recurring revenue.
- Process & Tools – Implement CRM, dashboards, call / visit tracking, and performance analytics.
- Customer Engagement – Ensure superior prospect and customer experience through timely follow-ups, demos, and hand-offs to sales / application teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing BPO / Inside Sales teams (5+ people, scaling to larger teams).Background in business development, telesales, or global customer support (life sciences / healthcare / diagnostics preferred but not mandatory).Strong familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).Excellent communication, leadership, and process management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on revenue generation and customer success .Ability to work virtually, across time zones , and manage performance remotely.What We Offer
