Job description

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities within the travel and tourism industry. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the travel sector. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Generation : You will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry contacts. You'll generate leads and follow up with potential clients to present our travel products and services.
  • Client Management : A core part of your role is to understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions and packages. You will prepare tailored business proposals, quotes, and presentations to meet their needs. You'll also be responsible for building long-term relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis : You'll stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Your ability to adapt and provide relevant recommendations will be key to your success.
  • Collaboration & Reporting : You will work closely with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. You'll also maintain accurate records of all sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude
  • Good knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales in travel / hospitality is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and presentation tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Preferred Background :

  • 2years of experience in business development or sales roles
  • Experience in travel, tours, hospitality, or leisure services
  • Strong understanding of tour packages, destinations, and customer expectations
  • Skills Required
