Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily branch operations including cash management, transactions, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Manage and support branch staff, including training and performance monitoring
- Handle customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Assist in achieving branch targets and business growth
- Monitor operational risks and suggest improvements
- Prepare reports on branch performance and operations
- Support the Branch Manager in all operational tasks
