Key Responsibilities :
Development & Integration :
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.x / 6.x), EMS, Admin
Develop message flows, transformation logic (XSLT, XPATH), and business processes using TIBCO tools.
Work on SOA, REST / SOAP web services, JMS, and XML / JSON integrations.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Optimize TIBCO processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Application Support :
Provide L2 / L3 support for TIBCO-based integrations and applications.
Troubleshoot production incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
Monitor message queues, processes, and services using TIBCO Hawk, Splunk, or similar tools.
Work closely with infrastructure and application teams to ensure high availability and performance.
Handle incidents, change, and problem management as per standards.
Environment & Deployment :
Perform environment setup, configuration, and maintenance across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD.
Support patching, upgrades, and migration activities.
Required Skills :
Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x / 6.x, EMS, Administrator, Hawk, and Adapters (File, JDBC, SOAP, etc.).
Good understanding of integration design patterns and message-oriented middleware.
Experience with web services (REST / SOAP), JMS, XML / XSD, JSON, XSLT.
Proficiency in UNIX / Linux, SQL.
Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow) and monitoring tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
