Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated Junior TIBCO Developer to join our integration engineering team. In this entry-level role, you will support the design, development, and deployment of robust integration solutions using TIBCO technologies, with a focus on BusinessWorks 5.x, 6.x, and Container Edition.
You will collaborate with senior developers to build cloud-native applications on Azure or AWS platforms, gaining hands-on experience in middleware orchestration and process automation.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to grow into a full-stack integration expert while contributing to high-impact enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing integration workflows using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and 6.x, including process modeling, error handling, and exception management.
- Support the containerization and deployment of applications with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) on Kubernetes or Docker-based environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather basic requirements, map data flows, and integrate systems using TIBCO EMS for messaging and adapters for legacy connectivity.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and basic troubleshooting of integration processes to ensure reliability and performance.
- Deploy and monitor solutions in cloud environments (Azure or AWS), including basic configuration of services like EC2 / S3 (AWS) or App Services / Virtual Machines (Azure).
- Document development activities, create simple technical diagrams, and contribute to code reviews under senior guidance.
- Learn and apply best practices for scalable, API-first integrations, including REST / SOAP services and event-driven architectures.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups, to support team deliverables.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).0-2 years of hands-on programming experience in Java, XML, XPath, or similar languages used in integration development.Strong foundational knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and 6.x, with practical exposure to process design, activities, and shared resources.Familiarity with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) for cloud-native deployments, including basic Docker and Kubernetes concepts.Entry-level experience with cloud platforms : Azure (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) or AWS (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway), including deployment and basic monitoring.Understanding of messaging protocols (JMS, EMS) and integration patterns (SOA, microservices).Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn complex enterprise systems.Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and documenting work.Good to have, not mandatory Qualifications :
TIBCO Certified Professional or equivalent certification in BusinessWorks.Exposure to additional TIBCO tools like Spotfire for analytics or ActiveMatrix for service orchestration.Basic scripting experience (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation tasks.Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and web services (REST, SOAP).Experience in agile methodologies and CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git).What We Offer :
