Role Description

The Works Manager will be responsible for overall management of manufacturing operations with a primary focus on cost control, efficiency, and productivity across production, manpower, procurement, and resource utilization. The role demands a seasoned leader who not only ensures operational excellence but also drives team performance, collaboration, and collective success , in line with ITL's reputation for innovation, reliability, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Control & Operational Efficiency

• Drive cost control measures across production, manpower, procurement, consumables, and vendor management.
• Monitor and reduce wastage, rework, rejections, and idle time.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machines for maximum productivity.
• Implement lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
