Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in recruiting top talent for a variety of roles. This position plays a critical part in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment, building relationships with hiring managers, and successfully closing high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level positions across various departments.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive interview process.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Utilize metrics and data to drive improvements in the recruitment process and reduce time-to-hire.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs.
• Assist in improving recruitment strategies, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion goals are met.
