Role Overview
We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Designer to establish and maintain a cohesive brand identity and ensure our website and digital presence reflect our expertise and professionalism. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to translate complex technical offerings into clear, visually compelling assets.
Responsibilities
Website Design & Maintenance
- Design, update, and optimize our website for usability, clarity, and lead conversion.
- Ensure responsive, accessible design across devices.
Brand Identity
Define and refine Objectways’ visual identity (color palette, typography, templates, iconography).Apply branding consistently across decks, one-pagers, social, and digital campaigns.Creative Assets
Create presentations, infographics, case study layouts, and event materials.Support marketing campaigns with on-brand visuals for LinkedIn, email, and industry events.Collaboration
Work closely with sales / BDR team on outreach materials.Partner with operations to design internal dashboards, visuals, and reports when needed.Requirements
Strong portfolio in web design and brand development.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Understanding of B2B branding, ideally in tech, SaaS, or AI sectors.Ability to translate technical content into clear visuals.Experience in responsive website design (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent CMS a plus).Strong eye for detail and consistency.Nice to Have
Motion graphics or short video editing skills (for demos, social posts).Familiarity with AI / ML, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for tweaking web elements.
