We’re looking for a Webmaster to lead the strategy, optimization, and management of our web presence. This role goes beyond maintenance : you’ll shape how our site drives awareness, conversions, and customer experience
As the Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for website strategy, optimization, and scalability , collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure our web platforms are secure, high-performing, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the overall website and web infrastructure strategy to support growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Drive website optimization at scale (SEO, performance tuning, loading speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness).
- Partner with marketing to create and optimize high-converting landing pages and campaign microsites .
- Define and enforce web governance, security, and compliance standards (SSL, firewalls, GDPR / CCPA readiness).
- Lead integrations between the website, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation systems to enable seamless SaaS workflows.
- Build and manage an analytics and experimentation framework (A / B testing, behavioral analysis, heatmaps) to improve conversions.
- Guide decisions on CMS, hosting, and architecture , balancing scalability and efficiency.
- Manage internal teams and / or external vendors / agencies to execute projects on time and at high quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and engineering to ensure the website reflects brand vision
- Stay ahead of trends in web technologies, SEO, and SaaS digital growth , bringing innovation into execution.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in webmaster, web development, or digital experience roles, with at least 3–5 years of people management experienceProven expertise in website optimization and performance improvements (SEO, speed, conversions).Strong technical foundation : HTML, CSS, JavaScript ; experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, headless CMS).Hands-on experience with CRM / marketing automation integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).Advanced knowledge of web analytics, CRO, and A / B testing tools .Strong leadership skills : ability to manage teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.SaaS or B2B technology experience is a strong plus.
