Insight Global is seeking a passionate Lead Experience Designer looking to make a significant impact on customer and employee experiences within a dynamic retail environment.

These roles will work in a hybrid work schedule.

• The Designers will be shaping the future of our client's retail store experience.
• They will be independently leading design initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and championing best practices throughout the design process.
• As a Senior Experience Designer, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive and impactful customer experiences across various retail store touchpoints.
• This role requires a strong understanding of the design lifecycle, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for leveraging innovative tools, including AI, to enhance the design process and strategy.
• On a day to day candidates will be driving the end-to-end design process for key initiatives, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
• They will partner closely with stakeholders (product managers, engineers, business teams, etc.) to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints and use those to implement design process best practices.
• Being able to apply hands-on experience with AI tools and strategies to enhance design workflows, personalize experiences, and drive innovative solutions is a large focus.
• Candidates may be asked to conduct in-depth user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions, as well as create and utilize ecosystem maps, journey maps, and comprehensive design documentation to communicate complex interactions and user flows effectively.
• Although senior level, the role will be hands on design and delivery of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate design concepts and user interfaces, and presenting design decisions and work to :
• Your public portfolio is mostly professional work.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail (please make sure your portfolio link is in your resume).
• 7+ years of professional experience in UX / UI design.
• 1+ year of leadership experience mentoring other designers.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and developing AI strategies within the design workflow.
• Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Professional B2C design flow project experience.
