Lead Designer (Web & Brand)

Job descriptionDefine and refine Objectways’ visual identity (color palette, typography, templates, iconography). Apply branding consistently across decks, one-pagers, social, and digital campaigns. Create presentations, infographics, case study layouts, and event materials. Support marketing campaigns with on-brand visuals for LinkedIn, email, and industry events. Work closely with sales / BDR team on outreach materials. Partner with operations to design internal dashboards, visuals, and reports when needed. Strong portfolio in web design and brand development. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Understanding of B2B branding, ideally in tech, SaaS, or AI sectors. Ability to translate technical content into clear visuals. Experience in responsive website design (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent CMS a plus). Strong eye for detail and consistency. Motion graphics or short video editing skills (for demos, social posts). Familiarity with AI / ML, SaaS, or enterprise software industries. Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for tweaking web elements.
