Job description

Purpose of the position / Job Description

Location - Faridabad

Ensure customer satisfaction by courteously greeting customers and promptly escorting them to their seats : You will manage the club reception. Thus, As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you are expected to handle administrative tasks and support other departments in everyday chores.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records.

2. Manage administrative chores and organizational tasks.

3. Create a welcoming, professional environment for members and customers.

4. Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy.

5. Greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally.

6. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member / department.

7. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

8. Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files and maintaining office supplies.

Attributes of the position / Scope

3. Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.

4. Customer-oriented mind-set with a passion for providing exceptional service.

5. Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one other regional language.

12. Be well versed in clubhouse fire & life safety / emergency procedures

13. Attend all briefings, meetings and training as assigned by management

14. Report for duty on time always wearing clean and complete uniform

15. Always maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene

16. Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Superior

Personal Profile

Qualifications

Hotel Management Graduate / Diploma / Certificate

Key Competencies Required

exceptional customer service, effective communication (Written & verbal), problem-solving, adaptability, team building, industry knowledge, attention to detail, and ethical conduct, demonstrate good listening skills, Strong interpersonal communication skills, Ability to follow policies and procedures, Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).

Relevant Experience

2–8 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles
