Procurement Excellence Sr. Data Analyst

Job descriptionDevelop, maintain, and improve procurement dashboards and performance reports. Provide clear and actionable insights to the extended procurement community. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in all reporting outputs. Analyze large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Act as custodian of procurement data within procurement platforms. Ensure master data, supplier records, and related procurement metadata / sites are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained. Support onboarding of new users / sites into procurement systems by preparing user data, documentation, and training materials. Assist in user training sessions and help maintain training resources. Lead small projects for the development and implementation of IT-based systems, tools, and processes to support global sourcing. Support system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives. Contribute to and support the annual procurement planning process. Collaborate with external service providers (e.g., AIC) to ensure timely and accurate data and reporting deliverables. Partner with IT and Finance teams to ensure procurement data aligns with financial and system requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. 4–8 years' experience in Procurement, Finance (preferably in a manufacturing environment), data analysis, or systems administration. Advanced MS Office skills are mandatory. Experience with SQL and automation tools / scripting (e.g., VBA, Python, Power Automate) is highly desirable. Proven track record of accuracy, consistency, and reliability in handling sensitive data. Trustworthy and consistent, with high attention to accuracy. Comfortable working with IT systems and digital tools. Process-focused, with a mindset for continuous improvement and automation. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Team player, able to collaborate effectively while working independently when required. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Deep knowledge and understanding of procurement processes within a manufacturing organization. Strong interpersonal skills to interact across cultures and organizational levels. Flexibility and openness to new challenges. Willingness to travel as required Comfortable working with diverse cultures and global teams. Ability to meet short deadlines with consistent, high-quality output.
