The job holder supports the corresponding team lead in all activities of the department and ensures active participation in the daily business of her / his functional responsibility.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support.
- Implementation of SAP MM including customizing.
- Control of change requests and define requirements for the developers.
- Optimization of the existing SAP MM Processes.
- Support of mobile solutions and implementation of new functionalities.
- Coordination and collaboration with external consultants.
- First and Second Level-Support.
- User trainings and documentation.
- Analyzing and optimizations of logistic processes, purchase order and requisition.
- Analyze business requirements and gaps not met by the existing systems / implementations.
- Identify feasible solutions, create concepts and provide effort estimations.
- Support MM interfaces.
Knowledge and Education
Studies in Business Informatics or other comparable education.Work Experience
Very good experiences in SAP MM and the relevant logistic processes.Experiences with mobile solutions (Mobisys knowledge is welcome).Experiences in, at least, one other logistic SAP Module (QM, SD, or PP).Basic knowledge in ABAP is welcome.Knowledge about interfaces and IDOCs are a major plus.Good experiences in process modeling and design.Skills and Competencies
