As a Sales Business Manager , you will be responsible for leading our field sales team in onboarding clients onto WhatsApp Business accounts and promoting their business through WhatsApp advertisements. B2C Field Retail Sales

Responsibilities :

Lead the field sales team in identifying and onboarding clients onto our WhatsApp Business accounts, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive client acquisition and onboarding, leveraging market insights and industry best practices.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the field sales team, setting clear goals and expectations and driving performance to achieve targets.

Must connect with the clients whenever required for providing personalized solutions to meet their business objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates to the WhatsApp Business platform, and provide training and support to the field sales team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively promote our services.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team to optimize performance and drive results.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, understand customer preferences, and stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.

Key requirements :

Masters degree in Business Administration with a certification in digital marketing preferred.

5 years of experience in field sales, with a proven track record of success in client onboarding and account management. B2C Retail Sales

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.

Deep understanding of social platforms and its features, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools and technologies.

Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and business needs.
