About the Role :
- BHIVE is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Business Development Manager to spearhead our large-scale B2B sales and client acquisition efforts.
- This role is pivotal in driving growth through enterprise partnerships, delivering customized workspace solutions, and expanding BHIVE's presence in the co-working and managed office space segment.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic sales leader with deep experience in enterprise account management, solution selling, and consultative engagement with CXOs and corporate decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Enterprise Sales & Business Development
Identify, engage, and acquire enterprise clients for co-working and managed office solutions.Drive end-to-end sales cycles : lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, negotiations, and closures.Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, procurement teams, and corporate stakeholders.Design and implement growth strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue opportunities.Market Research & Lead Generation :
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential enterprise clients, industry clusters, and demand patterns.Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.Leverage CRM tools to manage sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.Client Consultation & Solution Selling :
Consult with corporate clients to understand workspace and operational requirements.Present customized solutions aligned with BHIVE's offerings and value proposition.Conduct client site visits, product walkthroughs, and address technical or commercial queries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare competitive proposals and ensure seamless client onboarding.Revenue Growth & Target Achievement :
Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Develop strategic enterprise partnerships to enhance recurring business opportunities.Maintain a strong focus on profitability while achieving sales objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting :
Partner with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure sales strategies align with business objectives.Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management.Ensure seamless client experience by coordinating with delivery and operations teams.Qualifications & Skills :
