Job Description :

• Strategic Leadership
• : Develop and implement comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that align with business objectives, driving talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
• ADP global annual focal point review- responsible and accountable for the implementation and execution of ADP annual FPR from pre-planning to associates communication and discussion.
• Global Job Architecture- ADP follows global job architecture and this role is responsible for continuous review, monitoring and consultation with HR and business leadership across GSS international scope.
• Associate Benefits- All associate benefits including planning, implementation, review, renewals and all policy design will be the responsibility of this role
• Program Design and Administration
• : Oversee the design, development, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Market Analysis and Benchmarking
• : Conduct advanced market research and analysis to determine competitive Total Rewards packages, identifying trends and best practices.
• Data-Driven Insights
• : Analyze and interpret complex data to inform Total Rewards decisions, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to Total Rewards, mitigating risks and ensuring corporate governance.
• Stakeholder Management
• : Collaborate with senior leadership, HR teams, and external partners to drive business outcomes through strategic Total Rewards planning.
• Employee Communication and Education
• : Develop and deliver effective communication plans to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs, driving engagement and understanding.
• Budgeting and Cost Management
• : Manage compensation and benefits budgets, analyzing costs and identifying opportunities for optimization.
