Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Associate to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. The candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in HR or related functions
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboardingPrepare HR documents such as offer letters and appointment lettersMaintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systemsSupport performance appraisal and employee feedback processesAssist in implementing HR policies and proceduresHelp organize employee engagement activities and internal communicationsCoordinate onboarding and exit formalitiesSupport payroll processing and liaise with accounts departmentEnsure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirementsPrepare basic HR reports and analytics for management review
