Associate HR – GCL Design
(On Contractual)
Salary : 3 to 4 LPA
A role focused on designing collaterals and resources for talent, OD and learning interventions, along with program support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with internal GCL SPOCs to capture design needs and translate program objectives into engaging learning materials
- Design workbooks, PPT templates, certificates, communication collaterals, logos etc. in line with program themes
- Standardize and maintain templates, branding, and a central repository of learning design resources
- Provide learning support by managing nominations, attendance, and participant feedback for workshops
- Other related support required for Talent, OD & Learning initiatives by GCL team
Qualification & Skills :
BMS / BBA / BBM / BA / Diploma in HR or any other equivalent degree.Additional certification / coursework in instructional design, graphic design, visual communication (desirable and considered an added advantage)Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in Power pointFamiliarity with Canva or other design platforms (desirable and considered an added advantage)Competencies
