We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist (7+ years) to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role includes driving HR strategies aligned with business goals, handling recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR strategies, policies, and people initiatives aligned to business needs.
- Manage talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (EPF, ESIC, MLW, Minimum Wages, etc.).
- Conduct training programs and HR workshops to support employee development.
- Handle HR administration (ID cards, IT coordination, AMC renewals).
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, resolving grievances effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR Generalist / HR Manager roles.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.Hands-on experience with HR systems, databases, and metrics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proven ability to foster positive culture and manage relationships at all levels.CTC - Up to 8 LPA
