Job Summary
The Placement Coordinator will assist in managing and executing all placement-related activities for students. This role is ideal for a Fresher with good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities. Training and guidance will be provided to help you excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact companies to bring job opportunities for students
- Help students with resume writing, interview practice, and communication skills
- Maintain student and recruiter records
- Assist in mock interviews, and group discussions
- Prepare simple reports about placement progress
- Work closely with the Placement Officer and support daily activities
- Keep track of student CVs and placement status
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and recruiters
- Provide career counseling and assist students in job matching based on their qualifications and interests.
Key Skills Required :
Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)Confident in interacting with students and corporate professionalsGood organizational and time management skillsFriendly, approachable, and student-focused attitudeFamiliarity with social media platforms and professional networking (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plusJob Type : Full-time
