Position Overview

The IT Project Coordinator will serve as the central point of contact between clients, internal teams, and management. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, and leadership skills to ensure client satisfaction, drive business growth, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and deliver web development, digital marketing, and design projects from initiation to completion.
Define project requirements, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Allocate resources effectively and prioritize tasks for the team.
Handle domain, hosting, email configurations, subscriptions, and renewals.
Set up and manage GSuite, Microsoft 365, and Google Business Profiles.
Ensure quality control across development, SEO, design, and ad campaigns.
Troubleshoot technical issues, research solutions, and coordinate with third-party vendors when required.
Track progress, prepare performance reports (SEO rankings, Ads results, etc.), and share updates with clients.
Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Monitor project risks, delays, and challenges—proactively resolving them.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (1 years) in Project Management within IT, Web, or Digital Marketing industries.

Strong knowledge of web technologies, hosting, SEO, digital marketing, and IT tools.

Excellent client relationship management skills.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
