[Immediate Start] Information Technology Asset Manager

Job descriptionTrack and manage software licenses, entitlements, and renewals across all business units. Ensure compliance with vendor licensing agreements (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, etc.). Prepare for and support internal or external software audits. Monitor usage trends to optimize license allocation and reduce unnecessary spend. Collaborate with IT Security for whitelist / blacklist software and license control. Maintain and continuously improve the IT asset management database (CMDB). Develop reports and KPIs to track asset lifecycle, compliance, and cost. Work closely with IT, procurement, legal, and finance teams to align on policies and procedures. Drive automation and improvements in asset tracking and reporting systems. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. 6 years of experience in IT Asset Management, with exposure to both hardware and software. Familiarity with ITAM / SAM tools (ServiceNow, Snow, etc.). Understanding of software licensing models (perpetual, subscription, user / device-based). Excellent data analysis, documentation, and reporting skills.
