Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong experience in US outbound sales to help us expand in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a natural US accent , a proven track record in B2B sales , and the ability to engage decision-makers through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and multi-channel outreach to US-based prospects.
Qualify leads, present our value proposition, and schedule product demos.
Manage prospects in CRM and collaborate with the sales team on opportunities.
Research market trends and competitors to strengthen outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in the US market.
Excellent spoken English with a natural US accent ( mandatory ).
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold-calling.
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent work experience.
SaaS / AI sales background is a plus .
