Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist based in Mumbai. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining desktop computers, and ensuring smooth information technology operations. The role also involves offering help desk support to resolve technical queries and ensure an efficient IT environment for the organization.
