Job descriptionDrive sales through the channel partner ecosystem for assigned residential and / or commercial projects. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the channel partner vertical and ensure consistent achievement. Monitor partner performance and take corrective actions to optimize outcomes. Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner strategy aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with marketing to create partner-specific campaigns, incentives, and lead-generation activities. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to refine sales approaches. Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with high-performing partners. Regularly engage with partners through events, site visits, meetings, and performance reviews. Act as a point of escalation for any partner-related issues and ensure swift resolution. Lead and mentor a team of regional / channel sales managers or executives. Build a performance-driven culture with focus on ownership, accountability, and outcomes. Strong business acumen and understanding of real estate market dynamics Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and people management capabilities Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic DGM / GM – Strategic Alliance to lead our channel partner strategy and execution. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling the channel partner ecosystem to drive real estate sales across projects and geographies.
