Role Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead diverse software development projects.

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical teams, ensuring smooth project execution, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, DevOps).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
Create and manage detailed project documentation (project plans, schedules, status reports, etc.
Ensure adherence to agile / scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
Proactively identify project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans.
Oversee software quality by collaborating with QA teams and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Track project performance and KPIs; use data to improve project efficiency and outcomes.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

5-7 years of experience in managing software development projects.

Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle management.

Technical background or hands-on development experience is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or ClickUp.

Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM is a plus.

Soft Skills :

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Problem-solver with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong client-facing and team collaboration skills.
