Production Support Engineer II - Cloud & Middleware

Job description

Key Deliverables :

  • Manage operations and stability of environments, ensuring adherence to best practices and established procedures.
  • Drive incident resolution during scheduled upgrade activities and tasks.
  • Assist in continuous process and procedural improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to support assigned projects and assist in incident investigation and resolution.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Support SaaS and component solutions by administering environments and addressing operational challenges.
  • Work with web technologies like JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, and OpenAM, with additional exposure to Outsystems.
  • Use relational database systems (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize scripting / programming experience (Puppet, PowerShell, PERL, .NET, Python, UNIX Shell) to enhance operational efficiencies.
