Responsibilities :
Client & Project Management
- Support the Client Director in delivering innovative, creative, and strategically strong solutions to client briefs.
- Manage and oversee end-to-end communications projects, including timelines, deliverables, and budget management.
- Provide clients with accurate plan details, updates, and performance summaries.
- Manage and contribute to new business pitches with strong strategic and executional inputs.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work collaboratively across Dentsu teams and the broader network, leveraging a solid understanding of the agencys products and services to create value for clients.Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams, clients, and external partners / agencies.Drive best practices, smooth communication flow, and operational efficiency.Business Value & Innovation
Review and refine plans to increase margin, improve efficiency, and uncover new ways of working.Identify opportunities to bring innovation, new tools, and fresh thinking to client work.Support the Client Director in delivering solutions that impact business outcomes positively.Team Leadership
Motivate, guide, and support internal teams to ensure delivery of best-in-class work.Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment with clear accountability and ownership.Required Skills & Experience :
3 - 7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, brand communication, or integrated marketing.Strong understanding of media, creative, and digital / marketing ecosystems.Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with excellent attention to detail.Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.Prior experience in supporting new business pitches is a plus.(ref : iimjobs.com)
