Key Responsibilities :
- Lead in ambiguous environments, making high-velocity decisions for scalable system-level robotics solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all program needs and demonstrate ownership.
- Foster inclusion and mentor engineering teams.
- Systems-level design expertise : evaluate embedded systems, software development, and electromechanical design practices.
- Drive DFMEAs, PFMEAs, RCA, and corrective actions.
- Analyze cross-functional trade-offs (hardware-software dependencies, cost, safety, reliability) and evaluate KPI impacts.
- Facilitate requirements management, trade studies, and technical risk assessments using quantitative and first-principles analysis.
- Establish clear communication mechanisms, periodic reviews, RACI, and accountability across stakeholders.
- Define engineering best practices, documentation standards, and VoC feedback processes.
- Travel to customer sites in North America and Europe as required.
