As Associate Director – Operational Excellence , you'll spearhead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, shape future-ready operating models, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

What You'll Lead

• End-to-end delivery of large-scale operations transformation programs
• Design and implementation of target operating models across people, process, and technology
• Identification and execution of process improvement, automation, and right-shoring opportunities
• Development of robust business cases and performance benchmarks
• Facilitation of CI trainings (LSS, Yellow Belt) and problem-solving workshops
• Strategic stakeholder engagement across global service lines
