Position : HR Operations Executive
Reporting to : General Manager - HR

Office Location : Mumbai
Experience : 2 to 3 years.
Employee Data Base Management & MIS Reporting :
Maintain organization charts and Job Descriptions for all positions on monthly basis
Responsible for the accurate and timely provision of HR data reporting from the relevant region and / or assigned projects
Maintaining weekly / monthly trackers – attrition, recruitment, Global Recruitment, Organograms etc.
Maintain and track all positions approvals on weekly basis
Preparation of weekly and monthly MIS for corporate and business review
Responsible for the accurate and timely provision of HR data reporting from the relevant region and / or assigned projects.
HR Systems :
Creation and keeping updated records for new hires, exits and all active employees on SPRING
Ensure 100% accuracy level and updated employee records on SPRING
Responsible for data updating and follow-up on SPRING, ASPIRE, TMS and other employee portals.
Monitoring of time attendance system – HO employees
Salary Input for HO employees – New joiners, regular, Exits.
Hiring & Exit :
Follow-up - Offer roll-out, documentation, reference checks, pre-joining formalities for HO team
Support joining formalities, induction & on boarding process for all new employees in HO and key country based employees
Releasing of appointment / confirmation / transfer letters to all HO employees and key country based employees, arranging the asset & email id creation.
Coordinate final clearance for resigned employees in HO and key country based employees
Completing F&F processing of the exited candidate in co-ordination with HRSS / Payroll team
Releasing the reliving / resignation acceptance letter to resigned employees in HO and key country based employees
PMS, ACR, MPC Budgeting, L&D :
Timely closure of KRAs, midyear appraisal, yearend appraisal.
Support annual HR processes - MPC budgeting, PMS and ACR with respect to updation of employee database, salary on monthly basis.
Support with year-end and mid-year compensation review cycles in terms of checking, documentation, distribution, employee records changes on system and personal file updation
Maintain employee Training Database on on-going basis.
Salary Approval, Sales Incentives & Debit Notes Tracking :
Maintain Country Manager and Country Sales Incentive Plan
Consolidate & tracking of country sales incentive payments
Processing of Monthly sales debit notes for distributor markets
Approvals & Tracking of Salary.
Employee Engagement :
Designing, planning, and executing a variety of employee engagement initiatives.
