Role Overview
Neulife is looking for a dynamic
HR Manager
with a sharp eye for
talent acquisition and recruitment
to help us scale our high-performance team across functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced, growth-driven environment
and is passionate about identifying and onboarding top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and offer rollouts
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across functions including operations, marketing, sales, tech, and supply chain
Draft compelling
job descriptions
and coordinate postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments to identify cultural and functional fit
Maintain and update the
recruitment tracker, candidate MIS, and hiring funnel performance reports
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines
Support onboarding and smooth handover to HR Ops for joining formalities
Requirements
4-7 years of experience in
end-to-end recruitment , preferably in D2C, FMCG, wellness, or e-commerce industries
Strong understanding of
talent sourcing strategies, hiring funnels, and candidate assessment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn search
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously
