Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing HR team. As a recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier talent across diverse functions. You’ll leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : job posting, candidate outreach, interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts

Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate data and status

Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical / managerial rounds

Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio) and share insights

Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies

What we are looking for :

Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms

Strong understanding of Boolean search, keyword optimization, and passive sourcing techniques

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines
