Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the translation and localization market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Leverage networks, industry events, and online platforms to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their business objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, proposals, and project updates.Solution Selling :
Collaborate with internal teams, including linguists, project managers, and technical experts, to design and present customized solutions.Communicate the value of translation and localization services, emphasizing ROI and business impact.Market Research and Insights :
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.Provide market feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings and address client needs effectively.Performance Tracking :
Monitor and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.Use CRM tools to manage accounts, track sales activities, and ensure accurate reporting.Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the translation and localization industry.Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with translation and localization technologies (e.g., CAT tools, TMS) is a plus.Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.Skills Required
