I nviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Con sultant _ Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Lead (Core HR & Other Modules)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Lead to manage the implementation, enhancement, and support of Core HR and adjacent HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of functional expertise and technical hands-on skills across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, with the ability to lead client engagements and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• . Conduct requirement workshops with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
• . Configure Fusion Purchasing setups (procurement BU, categories, items, approval hierarchies, receiving controls).
• . Implement and support requisition-to-purchase order cycles.
• . Configure and troubleshoot PO approval workflows in BPM.
• . Ensure seamless 3-way match integration with AP.
• . Support receiving processes and integration with Inventory / WMS.
• . Handle supplier management, sourcing rules, and blanket agreements.
• . Create / Review functional design documents (reports, integrations, extensions).
• . Support SIT, UAT, training, and cutover activities.
• . Provide ongoing production support for PO-related issues.
