Role Description – HR & Sales Intern

As an HR & Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to both Human Resources operations and client relationship management , including :

HR Responsibilities

• Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Maintaining employee databases, attendance, and HR records.
• Supporting employee engagement and internal communication activities.
• Learning HR documentation and compliance basics.

Sales & Client Handling Responsibilities

This internship is designed to provide well-rounded experience in HR management and client handling , preparing you for a long-term career in business development and human resources.

Location : Chennai

Duration : 3 Months (Unpaid Internship)

Opportunity : Full-time role after internship based on performance
