Role Description

This is an on-site full time role for a HR & Marketing Intern located in Chennai. The intern will be responsible for assisting in human resources functions including HR Management, HR Policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Additionally, the intern will support the marketing team in various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events. Daily tasks will include maintaining employee records, helping with recruitment processes, supporting employee engagement activities, and assisting with marketing research and content creation.

• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Understanding of marketing principles and practices is a plus
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Unpaid role
