Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support our Neo4j portfolio. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and possess relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver actionable, data-driven business insights by combining technical analysis with business and operational knowledge.
• Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and visual reports to support decision-making.
• Execute data analysis autonomously using established data and analytics strategies.
• Act as a liaison between business units, PPM, digital teams, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business data owners to define and build simple, effective data models.
• Integrate existing tools to automate data ingestion, manipulation, quality control, and analysis.
