Job description
- Oversee the execution of power quality services and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Team Coordination :
Coordinate activities between vendors and our regional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.Provide guidance and support to regional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.After Sales Service Support :
Develop and implement after-sales service strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction.Monitor and manage after-sales service activities, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support.Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints.Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.Quality Assurance :
Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.Reporting and Documentation :
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and service records.Prepare and present regular reports on project status, after-sales service activities, and customer feedback.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all project-related activities.Skills Required
