Job descriptionLead certification processes for QMS or any other kind of requirements based on customer / management demand. Tracking of Quality metrics, trend identification & analysis, suggest and guide for improvements. Review products, processes and systems to determine where improvements can be made. Adherence to Legal, Safety and Industry standards. Ensure 100% adherence to audit points without Non Conformance. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure the systems are in place. Coaching and supervising the team. Prepare training calendars with HR team to develop the skill sets of employees. Maintaining accurate records of Quality Control Process, Inspection and Audits. Responsible for product level testing, both internal and external based on customer / process requirements. Includes MIS preparation and reporting to management, collaborating with other teams and gathering feedback from customers. Actively participate in production meetings with the manufacturing team. Visit customers and vendors to understand about the process and standardize the specifications for final products / raw materials. Conduct audits for supplier assessment and taking action to improve the score.

- Creating procedures for material specification, Incoming inspection, In Process inspection, Final Quality inspection etc.
- Develop process control plans specific to CTQ's in the production process.

Requirements : -
1. Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years' experience in manufacturing quality. Preferably from furniture industry.
2. Knowledge of Quality standards and regulations.
3. Experience in handling OEM customers like IKEA, Walmart, Disney etc and understanding about the standards.
4. Proficiency in Quality management tools and software.
