Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled QA / Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in API, Web, Desktop, and Mobile application testing. The candidate should have strong automation expertise using Selenium with Python / Java, a good understanding of CI / CD pipelines on Cloud, and solid knowledge of SQL for database testing.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform manual and automation testing across Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications.
Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
Develop and maintain automation scripts in Selenium with Python
Perform DB testing, write SQL queries, joins, and validate data integrity.
Integrate test automation into CI / CD pipelines (Cloud platforms).
Track and report defects using JIRA, maintain version control with Git.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams for defect resolution.
Ensure testing best practices and contribute to test planning, design, and documentation.

Required Skills :

Strong experience in API Testing (REST / SOAP).

Hands-on testing of Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications.

Proficiency in Selenium automation with Python

Working knowledge of Cloud CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Proficient in SQL queries, joins, DB validations.

Good knowledge of defect reporting, JIRA, and Git workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

ISTQB Foundation Level (ISTQB-FL) or any other testing certification.

Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology.
