Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage (F&B) Executive, located in Nagpur. The F&B Executive will be responsible for planning and managing the overall food and beverage operations, ensuring quality service, overseeing staff, maintaining inventory, and coordinating various functions and events. Day-to-day tasks include supervising food preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in food and beverage service, and hospitality operations
• Experience in staff supervision, training, and team management
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
