Develop, recommend and implement human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives
- Recruit and engage employees as and when required.
- Advise the Partnership on a wide variety of personnel and human resource issues, as well as hands-on management of the function
- Take Lead, direct and develop in case of right level of service and support is provided to the Business
- Co-coordinating the Firm’s comprehensive training programs
- Regularly monitor expenditure and take the appropriate action to ensure that budgets are not exceeded
- Maintain and monitor the Firms Personnel database and keep proper records of staff and Employee holidays and absences
- Advise on issues of under performance of staff at all levels
- Ensure that all procedures in respect of grievance and discipline are followed in the correct fashion
- Perception of the tasks taking into account the applicable SOP, JD, WI for the respective jobs.
- Minimizing attrition rate.
- Conducting quaterly MRM's for the contractors
- Support to top management to decrease the labor turn over rate.
- Succession planning for the replacement of members
- HRMS System management for Regional activities
- Implementing Employee engagement activities.
