Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. External Approved Service Providers & Product manufacturers Branch Segments Insurance product team Depth knowledge of processes & ensure teams is trained & updated regularly. To own & develop necessary skill set in the team of Insurance Specialist for driving quality engagement with the internal & external clients. - Provide direction, guidance to team of insurance specialists in a cluster to lead the Bancassurance business.
- To set performance management standards and provide the basis for performance challenge to accountable Insurance specialists.
- To embed distribution capabilities, for own team as well as, through RM activation.
