Business Development Representative (BDR) – Mumbai

Location : Mumbai (On-site)

Troopr is a fast-growing luxury home services and event staffing startup. From chefs, bartenders, and waiters to DJs and curated experiences – we bring premium hospitality right to your doorstep.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales & telesales to bring in new customers.
Build lasting client relationships for repeat business.
Identify and onboard vendors & partners.
Work with internal teams for seamless event execution.
Be flexible for weekend events.

What We’re Looking For

Mumbai-based (mandatory).

1–3 years in sales / telesales / BD (hospitality a plus).

Fluent in English & Hindi.

Great communication & negotiation skills.

Proactive, resilient, and excited to grow with a startup.
