Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)
- Develop and work on a comprehensive Business Development plan form ongoing lead generation.
- Consistently meet and exceed targets on a month on month basis.
- Be the first point of contact for new leads by Channel Partners or a direct client contact.
- Conduct research on the client requirement to understand the property details in-depth for clarity in the feasibility study.
- Conduct end to end documentation study and provide the same to the Due Diligence team for further scrutiny.
- Follow up new and existing business opportunities and set up meetings to move the process ahead.
- Proactively build and sustain relationships with targeted clients.
- Locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
- Develop and sustain effective relations with clients and channel partners to ensure repeat / referral services.
- Attend industry, social events to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare project feasibility report
- Participate end to end in Tender process
- Give presentation to society, coordinate with PMC and site visit
Qualification :
Graduate in any discipline.Prior Experience :
8-10 years’ experience in Business Development in real estate industry.Experience of getting leads for all the resources, conducting meetings with society members & Building owners & acquisition workings.Expected Competencies / Personality Attributes :
Ability to judge the project’s financial viability & profit, work under pressure and meet deadlines, Communication and people management skills, competitive, creative, influential, persuasive and self-confident.
